Expenses

The expenses for the Masjid are estimated as follows:

Monthly payments for the land: $11,000.00/month
Operating Expenses, including salaries: $10,000.00/month

Closing

Masjid Toronto has completed it purchase of the facility at 168 Dundas St. West, and is now operating as a full fledged mosque and information centre. On September 30, 2004, masjid Toronto made a downpayment of $210,000.00 for the purchase of a parcel of teh land upon which the masjid sits. A monthly amount of $11,000.00 will be paid starting January 2005 until September 2009 to complete all payments for the land.

Occupancy Permit

Alhamdulillah, Masjid Toronto has now received clearance for use of the premises as a mosque and community centre.

The Washrooms and Wudu Facilities are now complete, alhamdulillah
